Shipping & Handling

CRAIG OLSEN offers great flexibility in shipping through UPS, from value-priced regular ground shipping to next day air.

Standard delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary by carrier. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping cost is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:

Processing
Please allow three business days for regular order processing. Orders received by 12:00 noon (PST) Monday through Friday will be processed within three business days. Please note orders placed after 12:00 noon (PST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Wednesday. Occasionally, due to conditions out of our control, a particular item may be temporarily out of stock. In such an event we will do everything possible to fill your order as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery / Ground Service
Unless an expedited service is requested, orders shipped to United States destinations should arrive in approximately 7-10 business days after shipping.

Two-Day Delivery
Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (PST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some areas or zip codes are not available for this service.

International Deliveries
The craigolsendesign.com ordering system may be used for all destinations serviced by UPS including the 50 United States, U.S. Territories, and many International destinations. If UPS delivery is not available in your area, please email us your request to support@craigolsendesign.com and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Please note that UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. A regular street address is required for all shipments. Please feel free to contact us at support@craigolsendesign.com if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Information we collect

How keep your information secure
We implement physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personally identifiable information transmitted to us using this website. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, and address so only CRAIG OLSEN is able to decode your information for use as stated above. Please remember that e-mail is not a secure means of transmitting credit card information. To be sure your connection is secure, look for a lock icon on the top or bottom of your browser window. How we use "cookies"

Opting out and removing information
To opt out of further e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "Account" section or by contacting us at support@craigolsendesign.com. Please note that previously scheduled e-mail may be received. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we must maintain information about previous sales transactions in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Our website may include third party links. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies; we therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. We welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Changes to our policy
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on October 14, 2013.

Returns & Order Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within three days from the date it was received. Returned items must include their original packaging and be in the same condition as when received.

All sales are final on customized items and on clearance items. Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Return shipping fee's are the customers responsibility. All returns are subject to the following restock fee's (per item):

*items less than $250 are subject to a $25 restocking fee
*items over $250 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please contact our Customer Service department at support@craigolsendesign.com for return authorization and shipping instructions or click Orders and Returns at the bottom of every page, and then enter your Order ID, Billing Last Name, and e-mail address.

NOTE: ALL returns must begin their return transit within 3 business days. When returning merchandise to CRAIG OLSEN, we recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to CRAIG OLSEN or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.


Please allow approx. two to three weeks for the processing of your return.
